Projectlab have delivered impressive new offices for repeat client Virgin Management within the iconic Grade II Listed Battleship Building in west London. The scheme was completed in 2 Phases, the first of which offered only 4 weeks to complete 4000 sq ft of space for partial possession by the client ahead of the lease expiry at their previous building. This meant a 7 day per week working schedule and overlapping tender and design processes to achieve cost certainty and delivery on design ambition. Specialist joinery installation was then undertaken post client occupation during weekends.
Projectlab has delivered two levels of high specification office accommodation in Chancery Lane. The CAT B fit-out provides a dynamic and flexible workspace for market analysis experts CRU. The scheme incorporates crisply detailed joinery and integrated AV equipment which required efficient coordination to achieve timely project completion.
