We believe that success behind any project relies on proactivity, communication and clear project ownership.  This ethos is the backbone of our business approach and core client service.

We set out to understand your business needs and clarify your goals so we can provide an expertly tailored service that delivers on your ambitions.

We drive creative programme solutions that deliver project results. We open the lines of communication, manage flow of information and strive to deliver the balance on design, programme, cost and risk.

Our highly experienced team work closely with the project architects and other appointed consultants to flesh out your specific needs and constraints. There's no time wasted presenting unachievable solutions. Instead we offer clear budget advice and drive ‘value engineered’ solutions that meet your ambitions.

We pride ourselves on our reactive nature, working with our clients to deliver project change requests, control cost exposure and ensure value is maintained.

As part of our dedicated service we offer clients the benefit of our technical and professional experience. We advise on the best form of procurement route to meet the key project and programme deliverables, whilst maximising contract protection to the client.

We have huge experience in single stage, two stage and negotiated tender processes.

We advise our clients on standard contract terms, performance bonds and warranties and draft formal contract terms for all required contractor and consultant appointments.

The Projectlab team take a proactive approach to Health and Safety. Our close involvement in the project means we are best placed to co-ordinate health and safety aspects associated with pre-construction design and facilitate communication between the client, designers and contractors throughout all stages of the process.

We advise our clients on their duties under the Construction Design Management regulations and assist in discharging those obligations.

We offer a comprehensive role, co-ordinating pre-construction information, vetting final O&M information and updating completion health and safety files.

In addition to core project services, our team of Chartered Building Surveyors, work actively with clients on a variety of Landlord and Tenant related matters, including new lease acquisitions and outgoing leasehold obligations.

We advise on dilapidations and undertake pre-acquisition / due diligence survey reports.
