Our close involvement in the project means we are best placed to co-ordinate health and safety aspects associated with pre-construction design and facilitate communication between the client, designers and contractors throughout all stages of the process.

We advise our clients on their duties under the Construction Design Management regulations and assist in discharging those obligations.

We offer a comprehensive role, co-ordinating pre-construction information, vetting final O&M information and updating completion health and safety files.   

In addition to core project services, our team of Chartered Building Surveyors, work actively with clients on a variety of Landlord and Tenant related matters, including new lease acquisitions and outgoing leasehold obligations.
